Mailing list members are people that have registered for a certain list to get periodic emails, such as weekly newsletters. If the mailing list client that is used to administer the list permits it, you can also authorize members manually, but in this case such email messages may be considered as being unsolicited and reported as spam by the users. Traditionally, these mailing list members can unsubscribe from a mailing list by clicking on a hyperlink in the email messages they receive, or you, as the mailing list admin, can delete them manually in case they make such a request or in case you decide that some of the mailing list members should not belong to the mailing list any longer. Each member will be able to view only their address in the "To" section of the emails they receive, but not the addresses of the remaining mailing list members.
